Maria Tsioumas, founder of Universal Light of Hope and owner of HiLites Hair Salon received a Governor’s Citation for her generous charity work. 

Providing hope and practical assistance to those experiencing food insecurity through food distribution to the unemployed, mothers and children, working poor, seniors, homebound, disabled, and those experiencing homelessness.

Partner with other non-profit organizations to maximize our efforts to help those less fortunate.  Provide hands-on opportunities for those receiving services to volunteer to help others.
